Zola- Peschisolido was key to Brewers move

The Congolese striker had a number of other options but immediately knew his future lay with the Brewers after a meeting with manager Peschisolido and chairman Ben Robinson.

He said: "I had a quite a few clubs after me, but obviously I think I've made the right choice. I had to consider a lot of things and I took the time to think about it and talk it over with friends and family.

"A lot of things have impressed me, but what stands out the most for me is that the club is going places. It is going forward, it has a great ground for the league and a great training ground.

"What impresses me also is the manager, who I have the utmost respect for, and as a player having a manager who was a striker is very good thing. That can only help me at times when I need it, and when you put all those things together I think it is the right move for me.

"The club and I both have ambitions and we share the same vision for now and in the future."
