Burton Albion manager Paul Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby: "We are working towards getting back-to-back victories as Torquay have done so we can get into the higher echelons of the League.
"Our performances have been consistent but results haven't.
"They [Torquay] finished the last season strong and have carried it on this season."
