Peschisolido warns Burton players

Peschisolido told BBC Radio Derby: "After that performance no player is guaranteed to start again.

"We always say when you've got that shirt you have to fight to keep it and I don't think anyone can say they covered themselves in glory."

Tuesday night's defeat means Burton are only outside the League Two relegation zone on goal difference but they have games in hand on all the teams around them.

We have got to change our away record and we have got make sure we pick players who are going to get us the points

The Brewers have played seven less than second-bottom Stockport County and six less than basement club Barnet.

"I think it's very difficult not to show any anger, especially after such a good performance [against Chesterfield]," said Peschisolido.

"We give them praise when I feel they deserve praise but on that occasion that it wasn't good enough.

"I didn't need to tell them in fairness, they knew and I could see the look on their faces."

Burton travel to Hereford on Saturday with Peschisolido keen to improve on his side's one win in 11 away games this season.

"We have got to change our away record and we have got make sure we pick players who are going to get us the points," he added.
